ERROR MESSAGES on Final Review

After completing the FEDERAL portion, I kept getting an error for a form 8812 which I did not even have in my return.  It asked me to fill in a $ amount for some child credit which does not apply in my case. I found that to be very annoying and a waste of precious time trying to figure out what on earth went wrong.

I believe there is a bug in your software.

I am getting the same error but now asking for my pllace of abode and a question about Peeurto rico. It seems like I can 'zero' everything and get around it, but hesitate to do that

Hello!  I had the same errors also.  I went back to the child credit questions, etc and removed the zeroes I previously put in as filler.  Once removed, no more errors for that entry.

It seems that after multiple attempts,  the erros are gone! The fields it kept asking me to provide were dealing withwhere me and my spouse were living and how many children were involved- we had nothing to report and don't know if there are other data in my return that should be removed, but never showed up as errors?
