I am trying to submit return and am trying to enter my Bank Routing Number and Account Number. The routing number is fine, but it will not let me enter more than 4 characters (#'s) for my account number.

Go out of program and back in and try again. Also, clear your cache and cookies. Make sure all your updates have run.
How to clear your cookies

Apple's official support site doesn't appear to contain instructions for clearing the cache in Safari. Your best bet is to search the Internet for clear Safari cache or similar search terms.
That did not fix the issue.
