Re-eFiling because TurboTax missed some information but now it ask me to pay again

Hello,

I am re-eFiling because TurboTax missed some information but now it ask me to pay again.

I got an email from TurboTax saying my taxes were rejected because the IRS IP PIN was missing on the forms, but I have never been issue that, I have never had that.

Anyhow, I opened the TurboTax software again and did the "File, Electronic Filing, Check Electronic Filing Status" and it detected that it had been rejected. Then the software proceed to simply some check and when it was done it took me to the eFile screen again, but it is asking me to pay again... not only did I pay almost $100 for the software, then $25 to eFile the State, but now I have to pay another $25... and I don't know what was fixed since the program does not say what was updated nor did it ask me to update manually anything or to enter any thing. If I pay again, and it gets rejected again, then this is a scam...

Any advise?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
