I'm trying to e-file my taxes but it says I can't because the Control Number on my W-2 is less than 2 alpha or numeric characters. It's only says "C". But I've e-filed every year in the past and my W-2 has always just showed "C". How do I fix this so I can e-file? Can I just put in any letters and move on? This is literally the last step for me to finish.
