I have completed entering my info, however, I am waiting on one last piece of information. Will Turbo Tax save what I have entered if I file an extension?

Where do I enter the payment we made in April? We filed for an extension and made a payment in April. We are now using TurboTax to begin to process our 2024 filing.

Where do I enter in TurboTax the federal extension payment that I made with a paper form 4868? I only need to enter the extension payment not to create an extension.
