Hello! I'm filling in the fields on TurboTax to determine if I'm eligible for the Saver's Tax Credit. One of the questions is, "Did you receive any distributions from a retirement plan after 2017"? In 2018, I sold my shares of company stock which I'd purchased when working for that company as part of an employee stock purchase plan. But that doesn't count as a retirement plan, correct? Also, I rolled over the 401k that I'd had in that company, and converted it to a Roth IRA. But again, that isn't considered a distribution if it's just rolled over to another retirement plan, right?
Thank you for helping to clear up my confusion!

No, neither of those are considered distributions from a retirement plan.
Thank you very much!
