My 3rd stimulus is about to be deposited into a account that is closed for the second time

Per the IRS, if the account was closed or no longer active, the bank is required to return the deposit. Your payment will be issued as a check to the address the IRS has on file for you. This is generally the address on your most recent tax return or as updated through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Well they haven't sent it to my address yet this is the third time the have tried to deposited it into my old account from you guys and I filed almost 2 months ago and it's still being processed and that has my actual account on it
