If my child is over 19, is not a student, lives full-time at home, I pay more than 50% of his support but he makes more than $4200, can I still claim him as a dependent?

Unfortunately no, you can not claim your child as a dependent unless the child is disabled.

Because the child is over 18, not a full-time student, and earns more than $4,200 you can not claim him as a dependent.
