I am only able to contribute $2900 in my dependent care HSA (the employer limits that after a certain income level).
Can I deduct the remaining $2100 allowable directly in my taxes?
If so, how?
If no, how else can I use that?

Someone please let me know. Thanks!
First, the lack of responses may have been due to a typo on your part - it's a dependent care FSA, not HSA.
Second, you enter the portion that the employer withheld for your FSA when you enter your W-2 (it's in box 10 on the W-2).
Then, any amounts you spent directly are entered in the Child and Dependent Care section. You get to this by going to Federal->Deductions & Credits->You and Your Family->Child and Dependent Care Credit and clicking Start to begin the interview.
