De Minimus form -- how to create?

In TurboTax Premier 2024 for Windows, I have gone through the walk-me-through interview steps for rental property.  I have some expenses where I need to generate the De Minimus IRD form.  How do I do that?

Meant to say "IRS form" rather than "IRD form".
