This is no longer correct. This is what I used last year and it was seamless. Alabama has ended that process and now requires one payment at a time on MAT
If you don't have an account, you have to create one. You will need a prior year form for verification. See here.

AL dropped the system that worked great and forces us to use a very clunky slow method. MAT
