Confirmation email

I recieved text messages confirming the receipt of both my state and federal returns. However, I have not received confirmation emails for either. Did my returns truly go through? Or am I missing something?

I rec'd a confirmation but haven't rec'd the Intuit notice Federal has been accepted.
