"Checking this entry" error

Prior to submitting my return, an error keeps appearing for one of my W2 stating that "box 20 must be entered." This W2 is empty in box 20 but the turbotax software will not allow me to proceed with box 20 empty. Please advise.

The best way to correct this error is to delete the W-2 and re-enter the W-2 manually.
