Hello,
Chase instructions for import of 1099-B to Turbotax https://www.chase.com/personal/tax-statements/investments/turbo-tax say to use “Chase Investments” for the import. Chase Investments is also listed as a Turbotax 1099 partner at https://www.intuit.com/partners/fdp/implementation-support/tax-import/program-overview/partner-list/...
The TurboTax Premier 2021 Desktop does not have the option "Chase Investments" for import. It has "Chase Bank", but the authentication process for it does not work.
When will the Chase Investments option become available? Is it a known issue? Is someone working on getting it fixed?
Thank you,
Vlad

Here is a list of "Chase" options available in the product. As you can see, there is no "Chase Investments".
contact chase investments and explain your situation.
Only Turbotax team has the ability to add a "Chase Investments" option into their product (which Turbotax documentation states to be available). This is a Turbotax issue, Chase has nothing to do with this.

Users have been complaining since yesterday.

Mike9241: are you a Chase Private Client customer with a with investment documents to download. If Intuit is working out something with Chase, Chase Customer Service does not know it.
It's time for Turbotax to get it together regarding importing from Chase.
Only TurboTax can control what is presented to the users.
I'm a Chase Private Client customer and am not sure which connection I SHOULD be looking for, but so far, I've tried all of the options presented and none of those work for me. I should be accessing a 1099-B, Int and DIV
So ridiculous. Other years Chase Investments has always been listed and there has been no problem getting the code from Chase. This is definitely a Turbo Tax problem. I have to laugh when someone said to type it in yourself. Then why use Turbo Tax at all??
When I read the thread regarding persisting issue of downloading 1099 from Chase and have been my elf struggling, I think TurboTax is now in charge to fix the issue? They are a software company and had to do their quality test before release it!
I'm having the same issues with the Chase Private Client downloads via the import. It keeps saying - It looks like this part of our site isn't working right now. Please try again later. Thanks for your patience.
My Chase UserID/Password are correct.
Exact same problem here. Hopefully this gets corrected soon. I've been trying since 02/18/22 to get 1099 information downloaded from Chase. I've always been able to just choose Chase Bank, as all my investment reports are available there. I keep getting the message "Looks like this part of our site isn't working right now". As someone who's used TT for at least 25 years, this is the first real snafu I've run into, so I shouldn't complain, but I'd really like to get my taxes done and out of the way.
I am a Chase Private Client customer and I got my forms to download this morning.
It's not obvious, but the Financial Institution is not Chase, it's J.P. Morgan Securities.
You'll need your userid and password AND you'll need to get some other pin from Chase - don't worry, TurboTax will take you there to get that.
Thank you! This worked for me just now. "J.P. Morgan Securities" worked!
That link is not hyperlinked in order to get a generated code!
Using JP Morgan Securities worked for me. Jus needed to follow instructions on TurboTax screens.
