/AS OF JUNE 2015 I HAVE NOT YET RECIEVED MY $39.99 REFUND FOR REMOVAL (I REQUESTED BY PHONE WITH A TURBO REP IN 2014) OF AUDIT DEFENSE YOU ADDED TO MY 2014 ONLINE TAX RETURN THEN YOU BILLED ME $39.99.I AM INCLUDING MY HOME ADDRESS AGAIN FOR YOU TO EXPEDITE THE REFUND YOU AGREED TO PAY ME PER PHONE CONVERSATION WITH TURBO TAX. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FAR TOO LONG . TURBO TAX IS ABOUT MONEY SO THIS IS EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE .
