No, you cannot turn off estimated tax payments through e-file.
Call IRS e-file Payment Services 24/7 at 1-888-353-4537 to inquire about or cancel your payment, but please wait 7 to 10 days after your return was accepted before calling. Cancellation requests must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. ET two business days prior to the scheduled payment date.
Did you schedule them at the IRS to come directly out of your account? Did you enroll with the EFTPS system? https://www.irs.gov/payments/eftps-the-electronic-federal-tax-payment-system
The 1040ES estimates are optional to pay. The IRS won't be expecting them. You can just stop paying them or cross out the amount and write in a new amount.
Or are you asking about paying a tax due? The quarterly estimates are for next year's 2021 tax return.
