No, tax law changes every year, and the program also calculates some items for a particular year number.

Furthermore, 2019's tax law is MUCH different from 2017 and 2018.  For instance, the standard deduction nearly DOUBLED between 2017 and 2018!  You may find that you are taking the standard deduction now.

You will need to purchase TurboTax CD/Download software to prepare your prior-year return.
