The only 1095 that must be reported is the 1095-A. Both the 1095-B and 1095-C do not have to be included on your tax return.
On the sidebar select Deductions & Credits
- Scroll down to Medical
- HSA, MSA Contributions
- Medical Expenses
- Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A)
- Did you receive Form 1095-A for your health insurance plan?
- If Yes
- Continue
- Complete the form
On the 1095-A, you should not enter "0" zeros. This will cause a Review Error. Simply leave the area blank.
