Can I file my 2020 taxes using my income from 2019 do to the pandemic

No. 2019 income must be reported on the 2019 return and any 2020 income must be reported on the 2020 return..  you can not prepare the 2019 return online. you must purchase the 2019 desktop software. it will only run on a full PC or MAC. the return can not be e-filed

There is only a special lookback rule which is part of the Coronavirus tax relief package.

The special lookback rule will allow lower income individuals to use their earned income from 2019 to determine their Earned Income Tax Credit and the refundable portion of the Child Tax Credit in 2020, since their lower 2020 income could reduce the amount they are eligible for.
