Yes, you can file 1099s with TurboTax. Which TurboTax product you will need depends on what the 1099s are for though. You can start here - File My Taxes! TurboTax will asks you some questions and help you decide which product is right for you.

If you need to file 1099s for your contractors, you can do so online by going to Quick Employer Forms from TurboTax.
