Yes, you can print out the 1040 and any need forms and mail, but should be postmarked by 5/17/2021. That's what I do for the state return to save the additional $25 e-file fee.

I amended my return with the help of an agent. I also paid the money to have it electronically filed. Why haven't I heard anything and why does it still say I owe money
