Audit Defense paid for, but TurboTax Business doesn't think so

I purchased Audit Defense online, but when the screen returned, and displayed "continue", it just hung.  I had to shut down TurboTax and restart it.  However, even though I have a receipt for my payment, TurboTax still thinks I havent paid for it -- even if I login online via the interface to look at my account.  HELP!!  BTW, I'm running this on Windows using Parallels on my mac.
