Re: amendment

I had to file an amendment due to my unemployment. I filed in May and it says was completed August 20th but I have not received any notice in the mail or refund. I have made several attempts calling irs. Do you know how long the process is to receive a check in the mail from amendment refund.

I’m in the same exact situation mine said it was completed August 20 but when I called them they said that my account was still open And that they hadn’t even adjusted it and there was nobody that I could talk to you about why it says it was completed even though I wasn’t
