Worked for me! Thank you so much!!!
Also worked for me! Many thanks.
Good to know. I don't know why it is taking them so long to fix this.
Have you reached out to Mint so they can take a look at yours to be sure it is not something else? The account has been fixed overall on the Mint platform. @22Lulu22
@CarissaM No I have not reached out because my Mint has been updating when I did the steps I posted. At the time I posted it multiple people, including myself, were stuck with no updates. So it must have been fixed after I posted.
I am happy to hear things are now updating as they should be. Please let us know if we can assist you further. @22Lulu22
This worked for me too!! Thank you!!
You're welcome. They sent me a message saying it has been fixed....but I'm seeing people saying this method works AFTER I got that message. Weird.
22Lulu22, could you please share where the Telebanking Security section is on the app or website. I have been going mad trying to find it. Thanks!
Click the dropdown arrow in the purple bar at the top next to profile and settings, then click the blue Profile and Settings again to expand it. Telebanking and Security is the second to last in that section.
I am afraid that option is no longer there unfortunately.
I'm logged into mine on the website and it is there.
I am guessing from your use of Telebanking, you are in Europe. I am in the US and have not been able to see transactions from ALLY Bank since being forced to transfer from OLLO. I tried what you suggested but it did not work for me. OLLO card worked perfectly with Mint. Obviously something got screwed up during the switchover. I would love to know if this is only affecting a few folks. Did anyone else on here lose transaction details after moving to ALLY from OLLO?
Do you have banking with Ally? I only have a mortgage, so I also don't see the Telebanking option. I'm having the same problem as everyone else, but don't use Ally for banking, just my mortgage. Wonder if anyone else is in my same boat??
