Activation required everytime I sign in.

Totally unacceptable.  Everytime I sign in to Turbotax it updates and then requires a new activation.  I have turbo tax on ONE computer but now it is indicating I have it installed on Several Computers.

I called customer support, they were unable to help me but gave me the number to turbotax technical support, which turned out to be the same number I called for Customer Service.

Obviously, nobody at turbotax can help.

Any suggestions?

When you originally installed your software, did you have a thumb drive in one of your USB drives? Or do you have your software installed in OneDrive instead of a local drive?
