8863 and 8889-T Ready soon

I'm using TurboTax home and Business 2019. I've finished the Q&A but I can't go through because I keep getting the messages that the 8863 and 8889-T will be ready soon. I have received the emails stating that the forms are ready and my software is up to date. What can I do now?

Make sure you have updated your program. 

• If you are using the TurboTax CD/Download software program, open the program, from the top, under Online, select Check for Updates.

I'm having the same issue as of 6/29/2020.

• Form 8889-T
• Form 8995

I've been waiting for weeks now for the "ready soon" forms to be available. I tried the check for updates online, but it continually tells me that I am up to date. Any other advice on how to get these forms to download so I can submit my taxes?
