1099-NEC input broken?

When entering a 1099 NEC, TT goes into a loop. First it tells me to upgrade to the paid version, then after I do it goes back to the form. When I try again it again requires me to upgrade. 

I am using the latest update of chrome on windows. I have cleared the cache and all intuit cookies, Turned of my VPN, Turned on third party cookies. And turned off my privacy filter and ad blocker. 

How can I do my taxes?

When you look at the top of the screen, which version does it say you are using?  Did you try using Microsoft Edge?
