Anybody get. reference code 9001?

yes i did. but again this last year. i have the 9001 code this year and i have never seen this. but i just wanted to give some insight from my experience with the verification process

My friend just called and verified herself (she did not get a letter but message 9001) and the lady told her she should have her money Monday or a letter it depends on her phone verification

I spoke with someone this morning I filed on 2/3 was accepted the same day 6 days into I got this code 9001 spoke to agent this morning she stated they sent me a letter on the 4th the next day after I filed and they are randomly pulling peoples to verify to make sure there is no fraudulent activity. Which doesn’t make since because I just got the change update 9001 Saturday 2/9 I then spoke to another lady and she said I was under review and no letter was sent out yet but it will be sent out mix communication

I was inspired to call again! got this nice lady and she just stated to wait the processing time, she stated she didnt see any letters sent out, but not that one may not go out, stated they wont release any funds wit EIC or that have the child tax credit until the 18th and to wait and see if it updates by then. soooo i am guessing its all a waiting game at this point.

Yea very mixed communications first Tim with called she asked all type of questions and said I'd have a letter within 14 days the second time I called like 8 days later she asked alot.of questions pulled up my account and said no letter was sent nothing to worry about system error just wait up to 21 days and if no money to call back
