Questions for SSN tax and Medicare tax and 1099R

Sorry that last night I was coming late for this event.

I made some similar posts before. If usually I pay 10%-12% tax of API, my SSN tax and Medicare tax already holds around 9%. Then how could I file tax-return for the 2 terms? Which terms/taps could I make use of in our TurboTax App?

The total withholding is above 30%. I am in the low-income rank. Usually which terms can I use to return the 20% in NYC? 

The 200-dollars 1099-R from 1199SEIU is usually taxable or not?

How can we file the education-expense for the NYC city-tax? 

What is the eBay/Amazon tax-line for 2024? 600 dollars?
