When asked if you had a Form 1095-A you should have answered NO.  A Form 1095-B is not entered on a tax return.

Delete the Form 1095-A if shown in the list of forms and schedules 

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form
