Question on Turbotax about being government employee.

I am a public school teacher. In Turbotax Premier 2019 (Windows), it asks if you are a government employee. I initially answered No, but now realize I should've answered Yes.

I can't seem to go back to that question. Can someone direct me? Thanks

I withdrew contributions from my Roth IRA & it's being taxed 25% . Box 1's information is $8,000. Box 2A is empty & Box 2B is checked. Box 7's code is J. How can I fix?
