Question about 1040-v form ?

"If you chose to pay via check and are e-filing, we'll prepare your 1040-V right after you e-file so you can print it out." How can I obtain this form, not a blank copy? Thanks

If you are using the TurboTax Online version, you can locate a copy of your return, by using these steps below:

• Sign in to TurboTax (if you're not already signed in)
• Click on the Take me to my return button
• Click on the Tax Tools button
• Click on the Print Center (lower left panel).
• Click on Print, Save or View this year's return.
  
• You should be able to see the 1040-V - if you can't, then if you really owe the IRS, you will have to get a blank copy from the IRS (https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040v.pdf) and fill in the few fields.
  

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download version, you can click on the Print Center (upper right hand corner) to print, save or view the PDF. (See images below).
