Quarterly taxes for self-employed husband and wife?

My wife and I are both independent contractors.  When I go to pay quarterly taxes, am I able to pay one lump amount for both of us (per quarter), or does she need to pay her quarterly taxes separate?  We are married filing jointly.

Yes you can.  Just use your ssn.  You can pay online here
