Quarterly Estimated Taxes

I have recently joined a partnership in which I will be now expected to pay quarterly estimated taxes. My income is different from quarter to quarter. Which TurboTax product can I use to help me figure out my quarterly taxes? Is my situation the same as being considered self-employed? Thank you.
