Software doesn't work. Extremely stupid AI support on the chat function. Anyone else having this issue?

Hmmm...You have not posted any other questions under your user name davidmainzer. There actually is no live chat, so not sure what you tried to do. You can post questions here and real people will try to help you.

I have been using the software for a lot of years and it has always worked. This year it doesn't work. It says that if your only 199A income is REIT income from a 1099-DIV and your income is over a certain level then you just can't file your return until some indefinite date in the future. There is, incredibly, no information anywhere on the site about when when they are planning to fix this. BTW - tried the "TurboTax Assistant" which, you are right, is not a live chat it only looks like one.

This is months after the release. The product should work by now and their adds falsely say that it does. I am really wondering if anyone knows if there are other providers (e.g. HR Block) whose product is fully functional so I can file my return now. That's my question. Any ideas?
