i did not receive a 1099div because my dividends are 0.12 for investments. which box do i enter this in and is is qualified or ordinary?

This is not required to be entered as dividends because it is below 50 cents. If you want to enter it you can choose to include it with other dividends you have.

If this is from a credit union for an account you have this is actually interest income and can be reported or not, the same way.
