Qual. Plug-In Elec. Contract Must Be Entered

I am getting stuck on this 'Check This Entry' screen with no form to edit for the Qual Plug-In Electric Vehicles Form when I click continue. It loops back to this screen during the review and before e-filing. Is there a solution for this? Thanks!

The IRS Form 8936 Clean Vehicle Credit for tax year 2023 has not been finalized in TurboTax.

The form is scheduled to be available on 02/21/2024.
