QBI

I don't qualify for QBI (I checked the QBI box "no"), but Turbo Tax filled out the QBI forms anyway and put the deduction in.  How do I get the deduction out?  I've tried manually typing in the forms and deleting the forms that it shouldn't have created, but it doesn't let me do either.  There must be some question I've filled out wrong, but I can't find it.  Is there something else besides checking the box for QBI that triggers QBI to be calculated?

could you have dividends from REITS that would be reported in box 5 of 1099-DIV. those qualify for the QBI. also you can look at form 8995 to see what's generating the QBI.

That was it - found it on a 1099.  Thanks!
