I had same problem. I closed it out and redid it. I worked better.
Throughout the whole process the spinning wheel was there for too long and worse at times it did not show up and I had to be patient and wait. Very annoying.

I read that once your tax refund was approved and you chose to have your tax refund to be deposited in that credit karma account I read that it only takes 15 minutes
