Put 2023 Deluxe CD in my CD. click "TurboTax 2023 Installer". I got "This installer cannot be launched directly; Please launch via Setup.exe". Any suggestions? DL

Yes, some computers can't launch the Setup file. Try this workaround:

1. Make sure to insert the TurboTax CD into the CD drive on your computer.
2. Hold down the Windows  + R keys to open the Run window.
3. Select Browse, and then find the TurboTax CD on your CD/DVD/RW drive (usually Drive D).
4. Double-click the setup.exe file to begin the installation.
5. When you get to the screen Your product is installed, now let's activate it, enter your license code in the License code box, and select Continue to complete installation.
