Yes, some computers can't launch the Setup file. Try this workaround:
- Make sure to insert the TurboTax CD into the CD drive on your computer.
- Hold down the Windows + R keys to open the Run window.
- Select Browse, and then find the TurboTax CD on your CD/DVD/RW drive (usually Drive D).
- Double-click the setup.exe file to begin the installation.
- When you get to the screen Your product is installed, now let's activate it, enter your license code in the License code box, and select Continue to complete installation.
