Purchasing TT 2016 Deluse now?

I notice Amazon is now selling

TurboTax Deluxe 2016 Tax Software Federal & State + Fed Efile PC/MAC Disc [Amazon Exclusive]

#1-Can I go ahead and purchase it now or should I wait for a later date when it might be more updated/complete, etc.?
#2- P.S. Will that also included Efile for both Federal AND State (NYS)?

NY is special.  You get to efile NY free.  All other states it is 19.99 to efile and goes up to 24.99 in mid March.    Here is a screen shot I made.  If you go to the CD buy page and scroll down to Important Offers and Disclosures you get this

Yes the Desktop program includes 5 federal efiled and NY is free to efile.  You can buy whenever or wherever you want.  There will be many updates before efiling opens and after.  So the program will need updating frequently, I think at least once a week.  You can buy it here or wherever you find a good price.  Like Costco usually has a coupon in Jan.

If you buy Deluxe somewhere else besides Turbo Tax be sure it has the state.  Some Deluxe does not include state for states without a state income tax.

I looked at Amazon and it says State e-file would cost an extra $19.99. Which is correct?
