Question

Purchasing 2019 turbotax

I cannot log in to purchase 2019 turbo tax.  After entering my password, the site keeps returning me to the login screen.  Cannot purchase the 2019 service my using links emailed to me for that purpose.  After clicking buy, the page never opens.  Been try for 2 days.  Losing faith the intuit can keep my data secure when your own website is down.

This is usually a local problem, since there has been no systemic issues with the TurboTax website.

 

Contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem of accessing the website to purchase software.

 

Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday

purchased Turbo Tax in October and have not gotten the down load
