Purchased TurboTax on Amazon, code only worked once

I installed TurboTax on my computer yesterday, did my (late) taxes and the code worked fine (purchased from Amazon).  I closed the program, reopened it today, and it says all my activations are used up.

Sometimes resellers use a license code that has already been used.  That may not apply to you, but here's some things you can try for Multiple Activation Requests.

If you need extra time, filing an extension by April 15, 2026, moves your submission deadline to October 15. But remember any taxes owed are still due in full by the original April 15 date.
