Purchased Turbotax Home & Business, but when I install and open it, it's Deluxe.

HELP!  Have used TurboTax Deluxe in the past, but am now married and we both have w-2's, 1099's plus freelance income.  When installing Home & Business version, it instructs me to uninstall previous versions which I did, but when I launch the download, TT Deluxe opens. What can I do?

Did you already install Deluxe 2023 program?  Try this,  an Employee said….. With TurboTax desktop open:

Select Help in the upper left corner
Move your cursor down to Switch product
Select H&B or Activate new product
Follow the onscreen prompts
