Purchased TurboTax 2020 on Costco Online last week and still haven't received my Redemption code to download.

You will have to ask Costco.  Are you sure they did not provide it when you purchased the software?

I had the same problem and I am wondering how did you solve your problem?  I asked Costco desk in the store they were not able to help me and suggested that I go to TurboTax.
