Purchased the TurboTax Deluxe download. Upgraded to the Premier option as handles cryptocurrency. There was no option. Had to buy TurboTax Premier online in other format.

Ok ... sad to tell you that the downloaded Deluxe version can handle all tax situations so you would ONLY upgrade if you wanted extra guidance thru the interview process. Also the Online & Downloaded Premier versions are exactly the same so I am not sure why you paid for the same thing again. Contact support to get this sorted out ...
