Purchased the Intuit Turbotax Home & Business from Staples on March 28, 2017. I am unable to upload the program on my personal PC. What next or how do I get digital one?

I did install to job's laptop but uninstalled for safety reasons. Software gets to 3% and informs me of Turbotax update then stalls. Any options?

You can try to disable your anti-virus software while installing, or you can follow the directions below to make an account, and then contact us. Someone will get back to you to verify your purchase and put the downloadable version onto your account.
