Proposed problem with how TT creates estimated payment vouchers

In 2023, I over paid my Federal Taxes and am getting a refund. However, TT created four 1040ES vouchers of over $1000 each to be used in 2024. 
Additionally, in 2023 I underpaid my California state tax and owe over $500. However, TT did not create any 540ES vouchers for CA.

This seems like a programming bug.

Additional info: I originally purchased TT Deluxe and then upgraded to Premiere online just before working on my State section.

There is a section in TurboTax where you go to calculate estimated tax payments for the following year. You may need to go back through that section and update the information there to make your estimated tax payments more accurate. It is in the Other Tax Situations section. Look for Other Tax Forms and then Form W-4 and Estimated Taxes.
