Property Tax payments paid directly to the county

I don't pay my property tax through my mortgage company (via escrow) and therefore does not show on my 1098. Where would I enter property tax paid in TurboTax. Should I still add it to the 1098?

Federal deductions and credits has an entry for property tax. Select Property Tax and enter your amounts.
